Welcome to module 14 – Creating a Healthy Lifestyle
I would like to get one thing clear before we dive into this module and that is that “health” is NOT a moral issue. You don’t have to want to strive for health!
It doesn’t make you a better person if you strive for health nor does it make you a lesser person if health isn’t a priority to you.
Health to me is not just physical. It is mental, emotional and spiritual too 🏃🏽♀️ 🧠 😌 🧘🏽 which means that my sleep, stress levels, self-care, boundaries, fun, pleasure (and more) are important to me to create and build a healthy lifestyle.
